The Peace Palace Library in Den Haag offers an excellent bibliography on the WTO. It comprises many online resources and an extensive collection of papers & pamphlets (e.g. from WEED, South Centre, that might be quite difficult to find anywhere else. Most stuff is available in English, but there are also some German and Spanish documents.

Schlaue Zusammenfassung des Verhandlungsprozesses im Bereich Agrarpolitik seit der Uruguay-Runde. Einerseits historisch aufgebaut, andererseits thematisch geordnet nach den Verhandlungsfortschritten in den Bereichen Exportsubventionen, interne Stützung und Marktzugang.
Unübersehbar ist natürlich der freihandelsfreundliche "WTO-bias", trotzdem liefern die 87 Seiten reichlich Einblicke in die wechselhaften Akteurskonstellationen, die sich in den letzten fünf Jahren entwickelt haben.
